“Worst nail place ever!! The lights were off, no music or tv, and it smelled like rotten eggs. My cousin is pregnant and literally puked from the smell. There were boxes everywhere and a lot was unfinished. The workers barely spoke. They were very aggressive with the pedicure, i ended up bleeding a couple of times. I asked for a cat eye gel and the cat eye looks horrible. I will never be back, and i hope if anyone reads this they do not come here.”

“I have been a customer of 4EVER Nails in Beckley, WV, off and on for the past couple of years. Although it had been some time since my last visit, I was genuinely impressed when I recently stopped in and they immediately remembered my name. They took the time to ask how I had been, where I had been, and how things were going in my life. That level of personal attention and genuine care is something that truly sets a business apart. Over the years, I have trusted them with a variety of nail shapes, lengths, styles, and colors, and they have consistently delivered beautiful results. Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft are evident in everything they do. Every pedicure I have received has been such a relaxing experience that I could honestly close my eyes and fall asleep. They take their time, never make you feel rushed, and put real pride into their work. I highly recommend making an appointment, as there are only three people working in the salon. While they do welcome walk-ins, appointments are prioritized, and scheduling ahead allows both the customers and the staff to have the best possible experience. Having visited other nail salons before discovering 4EVER Nails, I can confidently say they offer some of the best prices in town without sacrificing quality, professionalism, or customer service. There are a handful of businesses in Beckley that I genuinely admire and believe deserve recognition, and this is absolutely one of them. They are hardworking, kind, and dedicated individuals who put in long hours while maintaining a high standard of service. It is always a pleasure to support people who take such pride in what they do. 💅”

“Nails look decent. They did take their time and make them look okay. However they DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANT. If you have design in mind or even a simple ombre they are gonna give you a little bit of lip about she argued about colors with my mom. She clearly said 102 and they continued to persuade her to get 103 and acted like they could not understand what she was saying, even though she was pointing directly to the color. I also witnessed this with other clients in the salon. Also, when leaving it clearly says walk-ins welcome, but she said make an appointment next time it will be better. They were some of the rudest people at a nail salon I have ever met so if you can sit through that and deal with rude people. then your your nails will look OK. It was mostly the women that were rude. The man was nicer.”

“I thought coming here would be a good choice, I recently moved back into beckley area. And needed a new nail shop. I had my nails on for one day before one snapped in half. They fixed for free but the fix has caused me pain, and discomfort. I paid almost $100 for these nails, and my toes no design just polish and honestly, it was a waste. I’m having to pay to remove these painful things, and then pay to have them properly done & who would’ve knew I have to go to a different county, SMH, I trust not a single shop in beckley anymore. The nails I wanted they couldn’t do, and that blows my mind because the nails I wanted originally weren’t that difficult I imagine for someone who owns a shop, has 30+ years of experience and graduated school for this profession. I’m very upset & overall wanted to share these pics and show how awful. No worries the place I’m returning to; can do the original nails, cheaper then this & 1000% takes pride in their work & yes they have their own nail salon. Nothing but good reviews.”
