“Tonight me and my grandchildren went and had our nails and toes done I asked for me and my granddaughter to have regular nail polish so they painted our toes then went to desk for nails told them I wanted regular nail polish well when the lady started painting my nails it was thick and clumpy they put second coat and top coat all at once I said your suppost to let dry between coats the lady said it will be ok they told me to keep nails under dryer for 10 mins so I did then when time was up I went to the bathroom when I gently dried my hands the polish slid right on off. I showed owner and she was very rude and told me that's what happens when you get regular polish I reply no regular polish don't just slide off. So she sends a boy to do my nails and when he took the polish out the box it said gel polish I told him I wanted regular polish he said it is regular he put 2 coats back to back and top coat I told him your supposed to let them dry between coats he just kept going. While owner was talking crap about me in their language my grandkids seen her acting like she was choking me with her hand gesture when I was turned around the boy said wait 13 mins under fan I did as soon as I took my hand out and gently touched my nails tge polish slipped right off. By this time I was pissed and asked them to take it off and just put clear coat on my nails they refused and owner would not fix the problem she kept getting loud saying regular polish slides off I told her no it doesn't my toe nails didn't do it or my grandchild didn't. Tried to explain to rude owner they used regular polish on toes but used gel on nails then a few mins later she lied and said they only did gel nails but they did regular polish on toes so caught her in a lie right there if they knew they did gel nails why not put me under the lamp bc I clearly said regular and bottle said gel they do not listen and most of them don't understand what you are telling them or either they just don't care I will not go back to them and I will spread the word this is just plain ridiculous. Yall look up the reviews before coming here!”

“I came in for a refill and was overcharged by $80. The nails were much bigger than I requested and looked very unattractive. When I brought up my concerns, the blonde-haired woman who assisted me was very rude and unwilling to fix or redo my set. I was disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.”

“I’ve been going here since I was like 13. Today did me in. I asked for a fill. Chose a purple color and I wanted a rainbow/iridescent chrome on top. Specifically said not a white chrome. The girl put a white chrome and I said no. Then the manager/owner stepped back in and took everything off and was visibly annoyed. She cut my finger to where I bled and didn’t acknowledge it or apologize once. She sprayed some alcohol on it and carried on. Once to the point of painting once more, I just told the younger girl don’t put any chrome just leave the purple. I wouldn’t have chose this color if I knew the chrome was going to be such an issue… she didn’t listen to me or try to match my inspo photo. Just disappointed overall with the service today.”

“The bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door. Someone walked clean in on me, no knock, no apologies. Men should not be using women restrooms if the locks are broken. Not one sign on the door. Felt so uncomfortable afterwards. Didn't finish my pedicure, no massage, no polish nor hot rocks. They only took 5 dollars off my total. If you want to be double charge for unfinished services, this place for you. Prices should be calculated on services. Very unprofessional. I hope they get the lock fix. This was the worst day. Rushed out because I was too emotional and embarrassed to be in this place much longer after someone seen my private area!! After writing the review earlier today. I spoke with owner. She was understanding and gave me my 40 dollars back. But there were no sign on the door of the restroom for having a broken lock. Change one star to two but will be keeping this up so ALL women and children should be aware restroom doors doesn't lock! Super scary and unsafe!!”

“Over charging always have attitude when asked to correct the problem hair,bubbles,and nails cracked from her cutting fake nail all she did was put a thicker coat over my nails so I wouldn’t notice I was told she’s not spending over 2 hours on my nail and all my kind do is complain!!! I’ve been going for 10+years spending over 165 dollars which the price is always different for the same service she charge what she wants I will never return under any circumstances….PS YOU WILL HAVE ABOUT 5 different employees to do your nails while she’s yelling at the employees nothing relaxing about the place”
