“The Anderson Ambiance Nail & Spa was great! We made appointments online, & we got checked in & seated to our pedicure chairs immediately. The nail techs were quick, efficient & clean! I got the standard botanical pedicure, which came with scrub, lotion & a mask SO RELAXING! I ended up getting cat eye polish on my nails & I love them! I was expecting to be there for a couple hours, but both pedicure & nails took 1 hour!! I think if you even walked in without an appointment it would have been quick.”

“Got a full acrylic set done 2 weeks ago and they already look more out grown than they should and one of them broke. The nail prep was as minimal as possible and the nail tech didn’t lay the acrylic as close to my skin as she should have (meaning it already looked like it was outgrown less than a week later). I didn’t care much about that until week 2 when one of my nails broke from literally doing nothing. I paid $90 for a full set of acrylics with a basic design to only have them for 2 weeks. I called asking if there was a solution and all they told me is I’d have to come in and pay for a fill in and they would “look at” the broken nail. I’m so disappointed, I now have to pay for something that could have been prevented with the right nail prep.”

“Two stars because they were nice and the nails looked good. Another because they did fix the first two breaks, though they were a little janky. I went to grab my phone out of my pocket this morning, and hooked my nail on the side of my silicone case and a third on the other hand broke. I’ve had these done for a week today. Im really upset about these as my engagement party is this Saturday and I don’t know if I have any time to get them fixed before it, let alone the money. They are outrageously thin and I don’t do anything crazy at work for them to be breaking like this.”

“My first visit to this salon was 5 star, start to finish. The lady’s at the desk mentioned me by name as I walked in to meet my friend. After choosing our colors we were called to our seats which of course were side by side. Tim greeted me and made sure I was comfortable before giving us the pricing menu to choose from. Most of the visit was spent chatting and catching up with my friend. He did tell me that due to the gel polish I would be charged an extra $10 to remove it and I said that would be fine. He did a wonderful job and especially loved the heated stone massage, which he made sure they were not too hot. We were happy to see that adult beverages are available and will book our next visit later in the day so that we can enjoy one! I will definitely be back and will request Tim.”
