“This was my first time having my nails done at this saloon. I walked in and was checked in immediately. It was a Saturday and they were very busy. I waited about 20 minutes. I had a pedicure and a fill in with regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands. Lana was very nice and did a great job with my nails and my pedicure. To my surprise my total bill was &97.77. I had my nails done the last time at Cincinnati Nails down the street, it was my first visit there. The total was $122.77. They were rude and my services were poor. I was surprised when I was not asked to give a tip at Ambiance. I will definitely be returning. I had a great experience.”

“I got a mani-pedi with regular polish. My pedicure turned out perfectly. The polish is smooth and the service was great. My manicure however... I don't know what happened. Too many coats? Not enough dry time between coats? It started bubbling as soon as I left, after waiting the 20 minutes at the drying station and letting my car AC blow on my nails as I drove home. I'm just sad that my manicure looks like this :(”

“I love my nails today. I did something very different. I made sure it was not a busy time, since I didn't have an appointment. I told the technician I wanted French on toes and nails, with a design on every finger. I just told her I wanted pink, and I trusted her to do what she thought looked good. She was nervous at 1st. This is the 1st time for me at that location (Colerain), so she didn't know me. She did a great job! It was more expensive, but worth it for the fun of it all.
