What people are saying
“I have been coming to bliss nail bar for about 4 or 5 years and every single time my nails come out perfect. Not close to perfect, not just good, absolutely flawless. Kayla or flamingo have been the only ones to do my acrylic or gel x and every time they get my specific designs perfect. 10/10”
“I usually don’t share bad reviews when it comes to a business because I can understand that everyone makes mistakes. That being said, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with pure animosity. Not from just one member of the staff- the whole salon. I requested a fill in, but just like any one trying to get one over on someone, they suggested getting a whole new set (more expensive). I took their advice-considering they’re the nail tech, and they “know what they’re doing”, but as soon as I sat down, THE BOSS/manager started removing my acrylics with a nail tip going under my nail bed, ruining my natural nails and PAINFULLY, ripping of my acrylic nails. I requested a soak off, and she denied because it would “take too much time.” Besides this issue, it has been ONE week, and my nails are already lifting plus one is off completely. I was charged $78 *without* tip for a full set, one color. No design, nothing. Of course I tipped because it is a business and I get everyone makes mistakes on their work at times, but treating someone with pure disrespect and hatefulness is absurd. If you’re reading this to consider going here, just don’t. I should’ve listened and trusted the reviews before I entered the place. They should be ashamed.”
“Staff were very friendly and understanding!!! They recommended the liquid gel for my nails and trust me they last forever!!”
“Bill and Destiny gave me a beautiful set of nails today and great customer service. Can't wait to come back!”
“My wife went in on Saturday, October 11th, at 10:30 a.m. to get her nails done for game day. Unfortunately, the manicure was poorly done, the gel coat had visible scratches and blemishes when finished, and the dip base layer was uneven along the cuticles and the spider web was ok i guess. We politely asked that they not charge for the manicure, as we were willing to pay for the pedicure and go elsewhere to have the nails redone. The staff said if we weren’t happy, they could remove the manicure and we wouldn’t have to pay. (So, we would’ve gone without color for the game.) They then offered to redo the nails if we paid now and came back at 10 a.m. Monday for a proper job. We agreed, but the redo turned out even worse than the original. The gel polish still had scratches, and the technician accidentally hit her nail with the file after finishing. We had also asked not to get a spider web on the second set. Both pictures below were taken within 30 minutes of completion, she didn’t damage them at all. It really feels like they care more about charging for services than ensuring quality work. We won’t be returning.”
