What people are saying
“I wish their website or in store was transparent about pricing! I received a Gel X manicure, french tip. I was not expecting to pay 100$. I can typically get this same manicure done at my usual salon for 45$. I stopped by here this time because proximity. I did have some cuticle abrasions prior to coming in, and my artist was able to work around them for the most part, however I did leave with a new abrasion on my pinky. The staff was lovely, and the place was clean. Just think prices should go ahead and be put out there. Wasn't expecting an extra 2 charges for shaping and the french tip”
“I have had a great experience at every visit to Bliss Nail Bar! They, by far, provide the LONGEST LASTING pedicures-and I just get regular polish! Every tech I've had has done amazing, and they are always able to get me in quickly, even if it is last minute visit. HIGHLY recommend! :)”
“I really wanted to love this place, but after a few sets, I don’t see a reason to come back for my nails. The only reason I would comeback is for a pedicure - and is why there is 2 stars instead of one on this review. No complaints about the pedicure side. I’ve had about 3 sets here (1 full, 2 fill in acrylics) and each time, the tip of a nail came off. I’m not hard on my hands, I work from home at my desk all day. One time, the tip of my nail popped off when I hit my turn signal in my car. That takes a minuscule amount of force to do, why are nail tips coming off!? They’re also inconsistent about pricing. I went back to get my nail fixed every time it happened, and twice I was charged $7, once I was not charged at all. So I don’t understand if that’s at the discretion of each nail tech or what. Bella is really nice, but I’m not sure why nail tips keep coming off doing mundane tasks like taking shower, hitting turn signals or scratching my head. Back to press ons until I can find a new nail tech.”
“*** stay away! I would give this business zero stars if possible. I came in last week to get a fill in while I was hunting for a new nail salon less than a week later my nails started to lift and one fell off. While at my original appointment I asked the nail technician if I needed a new set and I was told I could go another two appointments, so when I came in to discuss my concerns I was met with unprofessional behavior by the manager, where she told me she would fix the nail that fell off but not the lifted nail because it was based on a previous service. As I explained to her that I had asked the nail technician prior to getting the fill and became disgruntle telling me that the policy is on the table to my surprise she walked from the very back of the salon that I had never been to pull out this sheet of wet paper. As I shared with her I just wanted this to be handles I paid $175 plus a$30 tip and this should not be occurring the more disgruntled she became even using micro aggressions. As I shared with her I will be writing a review and not staying and she said by me writing a review that was a threat when I shared with her I was just merely sharing my experience. She also shared that she would call google and get my review erased! This was NOT a BLISSFUL experience for me. I have no problem with a person making a mistake but please fix it!”
“We came here to treat our nieces and nephews to a special pampering experience and most of us left disappointed. Three of us were cut and bled (pictures attached) by three different technicians. We were given a nominal discount for the worst cut (should have been full comp with the depth of the cut and amount of bleeding). There were no directions or communication with the kids to once their nails were done and three of them messed up their polish (the kids own fault, but could have been avoided by staying in place until their nails were dry enough). Previous salons we went to had drying devices for every client that they used at their station and they also had a timer for how long to wait. We will not come back here, nor will we recommend to others.”
