What people are saying
“Today I went in as a first time customer for a basic manicure. I’ll start by saying I cannot use gel polish as I am allergic, my fingers swell and my skin will peel. Once I sat down and picked out my color they asked multiple times if I was sure I didn’t want to do gel and multiple times I explained that I am allergic to it and could not use it. The manicure portion was subpar at best, the technician cut and filed my nails incredibly uneven and crooked(no it’s not my nail that’s crooked) and she did not use the cuticle pusher on any nails except 1 then “massaged” my hands for less than a minute each. Again, I was asked if I was sure I didn’t want to do gel polish. She started painting my nails and they were very clumpy, streaky and uneven. I thought it would get better with another coat, and some did. When she was putting the clear top coat on my thumb nail was so gloopy she removed all the polish that was on it and started over after I said something. I mentioned and showed other nails that had the same issue and she asked other employees to come look. One told her to put acetone in her clear polish and just put a thick coat on top and then told me that “if you did gel it wouldn’t do that. Regular polish is hard to do, it’s not easy” again I explained to her I’m allergic and that’s why I wasn’t doing gel. She said she had never heard of someone being allergic and that I was “weird”. She told me “regular polish gets thick” and they can’t fix that. After my nails dried I paid and left with nails that my 6 year old daughter could have done.”
“Been coming here for a year. Went a week ago, nails started chipping in one day ( SNS). Within a week multiple nails a halfway or entirely chipped off. This has never happened before and I’ve gotten my nails done with SNS for years. Went back today to get the nails redone, they didn’t apologize, didn’t offer a discount, nothing. Then there starts blaming it on my nails instead of the application. My nails are the same they’ve been for years so not sure how it would be my issue. She does them THICK, like gumball looking. I said I didn’t want that and would they be getting smaller and she assures me they will. We ended up after a LONG time with different lengths, different shapes, wavy on some nails, thick in some, thin in others. I’m obviously distraught and tell her so, and she continues to blame my nails and tries to tell me I need builder gel next time. No apologies, no trying to fix it. You can’t even tell in the pics how bad it is in person. I will not be back.”

“Avoid this place like the plague!! My nails are awful I got them done yesterday and the thumb is already lifting. She didn’t use the correct size nail so there is a huge gap. It looks like they have grown out and need a fill in. This place used to be good but it’s not now especially the prices they charge Update: the thumb nail has fallen off not even within 24hrs Update #2 three more nails have popped off within less than 24hrs Update a week later: I went back after three days at which all but one had popped off and they gave me a new set which was great but after a week they’re already popping off. The coral ones are the new ones and it’s only been a week since they have popped off. People are nice there but clearly don’t know how to do nails.”
“I recently visited for a pedicure and a fill-in with a cut. The results were disappointing and unsafe from the start. The nail shapes are all uneven and inconsistent in size, and the nail tech even cut my pinky finger during the service, which wouldn’t stop bleeding. This was not only painful but also left me with a look I did not approve of, and my friends and family agree that the results are far from acceptable. My nails don't look like I just got them done yesterday I am very traumatized from my experience. Given the quality and the bleeding incident, I feel I spent my hard-earned money on a service I do not like or trust to be fixed. I do not believe the nails can be repaired to a satisfactory standard. I would greatly appreciate a partial refund with the nails removed, or a full refund if possible. I hope the salon will address this professionally, take responsibility, and make it right for their future clients”
