“I went in on my birthday for a mani-pedi. My sister got Gel-X extensions with french tip and a little polka dot design on her ring fingers. I got gel polish and white chrome and it was 264$ After i paid i asked why it was so much, they charged me 40$ alone for chrome, when they saw i was unhappy they told me “we WERE gonna give you 20% off, but we forgot!” and couldn’t give me my money back, so they gave my friend i was with 20% off her 60$ fill… the math isn’t mathing don’t go here unless you want to pay 40$ for some shiny powder. UPDATE: I have a contact dermatitis rash on my hands now from the lady letting the polish cure on my skin. don’t go here.”

“I’m normally not one to complain or write reviews, but I am very disappointed with my nails that I had done here. I have tried to give it a few chances but end up just wasting my money. The colors I pick out don’t seem to match the one I picked out on the color ring. They are very poorly done, and it really upsets me that I wasted my hard earned money on these. The worker is very sweet but it’s clearly poorly done. I will not be going back and wasting more money. I should have asked for a refund but felt too bad.”

“I debated on leaving a review, but here it is. Like the other person said this vibe is not there. No music just the silence other than a heater running. My wife called earlier the morning on Saturday and asked if we could get 2 pedicures. The lady said yes not a problem. She didn't tell us that only one person was working. So we had to wait for each other. The gentleman working was running behind so we had to wait 30 minutes. By the time he got to me he had to change the water 3 times because it would get ice cold. We got there at 1250 and didn't leave until 245. I don't believe they serve cocktails like the sign on the front says. We never got offered anything. The chairs are made for someone 8 feet tall. And the cup holders are filthy. If you are used to The Ritzy in Kalispell just go there so you aren't disappointed. Second review from 2/9/2026 Service was much better this time. Chairs had pillows for short people, music playing, and drinks offered. The person that did my manicure and pedicure did a fantastic job. A drink menu would be very helpful. And the cup holders still look the same. I bumped my review to 4. I appreciate the offer for the refund or credit.”
