“Requested a basic pedicure. Water was cold. Artist cut my toe really bad. Stuffed cotton on the cut. I told her multiple times the toe hurts and that the nail paint job looks like I did it at home😭. Won’t be back.. sign says $35 was charged over.”

Hanni did an amazing job on my nails, they turned out absolutely beautiful! Both employees were so kind, professional, and attentive. “Went to get a pedicure, initially was told the wait time would be 30 minutes- me and my friend were a walk in. However, we waited over an hour to get service- plus when other people came in after we been waiting, they were also told the wait was 20-30 minutes. Just not being honest on the wait time, being misleading - the whole wait we didn’t get asked of any refreshments (they do have some) or how we’re doing, no customer service. After all that wait I finally got to the chair, the person didn’t really talk to me. Water was cold, and didn’t get serviced until 10 minutes waiting at the chair, the lady that assisted me didn’t say a word to me while doing the pedicure. The whole process was rushed and even messed up one of my nails, when I brought it up she got upset with me… idk I just feel like it was all rushed, not really handled with care, and given this was my first time at this nail salon, I will not be returning.”

“I love this salon because of the workers. I've got lashes, brows, pedicures, gel nails, and also acrylics here. Everytime, they focus on satisfaction and percistance. I am always happy with their service and also want to point out my lashes. I LOVE MY LASH LADY! She is amazing and so sweet. I feel so welcome going into there and getting my lashes by her. Everytime, I tell her what I want and she takes her time making sure that is what she gives me. Prom and my birthday is coming up and I will be getting everything done here because of how much I favor this salon.”

“Creative nails will now be my go to salon. My nails came out fantastic! I tried them for the first time because I was told they were a good salon If you had to bring your kid with you because they’re patient. The first half of me getting my nails done my baby was totally fine and then she got fussy because she was tired of sitting down and they didn’t get rude or upset. They asked me if I wanted help and had such a fun time making her laugh and smile. I was so skeptical of bringing her with me to a nail salon, but it’s one of the only things that I do for myself And I appreciate the generosity so much!”
