“I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a nail place. I am.giving 3 stars only because they agreed to "fix" my nails. So I went in on May 18th to have sns nails done with a tip. I explained over and over how flat they were she said she has to file them still she eventually put more on the thumb but I was so unhappy when I left. I left we called they agreed for us to come back and take a look. They completely redone my friends nails which was great but they just added more sns to nails.My cuticles needed more work done and i didn't get that either. Before going there I specifically asked to not be put with the same person. When we got there the manager came and said I know you said you didn't want the same girl but she knows what's wrong and knows how to fix it. I agreed unfortunately because I just have a hard time speaking up for myself. I give her props for building up my nails more,but honestly they just do not look great to me. Now here is another huge problem.... I got them done 1 WEEK AGO and 3 of nails are lifting. I paid all together 90 dollars and my nails are lifting at the cuticles. That's alot of money and we also drove 45 mins to get there 2 times once to get them done and once for them to "fix" them. They should habe offered to do a complete new set for me because this is unacceptable. Nails are not cheap and they surely should not be about to fall off a week after you get them done. I would just love to find a place that would do nails right for me I would like to add that 3 of my nails have now popped off and took part of my nail with it. This is absolutely ridiculous. 1 week and a few days and I have 3 nails total pop off plus the my real nail. Half my real nail is gone. This is unacceptable. And of course Noone has reached out to me on this. I am appalled.”

“Spent $75 on builder gel and an OPi gel color on top….such a SCAM!! It started off so bright and shiny, but after a few days the pink was fading and a yellow shine came thru. I was in Chicago and not able to return to the salon but I did check at a local salon there and was told it happens due to “old polish”. I called the salon to inform and they apologized and that was that!! Poor customer service, poor quality products, poor communication and zero accountability. The price is definitely not reflective of the quality.”

“I had an excellent experience here! It’s a huge salon and very clean. I came in as a walk in and was sat in a chair within 5 minutes. I believe my nail tech’s name was Angela. She was incredibly nice and very gentle with my gel removal and the manicure itself. She also broke down the cost of how much my service would be before she started the manicure which I liked. I love how the cat eye turned out! Would definitely recommend and would come back if I’m in the area again!”

“Overall, my nails turned out nice. Some of the dip powder was unevenly put on so now my nails have weird lines. My technician was very aggressive and rough. All of my fingers have cuts on them from the nail drill and are still painful. If you pay with credit card there is also a fee. Would not recommend.”

“I got a manicure and gel x with a design. she did great! i really liked how they wax your hands after. two weeks later and my nails are still great and intact. the beneath of my nails have been very dry but it could just be my nails and not the application itself. i got charged $5 extra for almond when i asked for just my regular nail shape/no extra shaping but its all good. $97 before tip for all this. awesome place!”
