Elegant Nails

“I walked in shortly before 6:00 and they close at 7:00. There were two people working and three people in pedicure chairs. No one looked at me but I heard the male worker tell me to pick a color. I did so and had a seat, assuming that they were going to have me come sit in the vacant chair and let my feet soak while I waited. A few minutes later another person came in, she was told to pick a color too. The female worker asked if she was okay with waiting a while, and the person who walked in said that was fine. Still I waited to be told to come to the vacant chair. I assumed that the reason I had not been asked that question was because they were planning to have me go to that chair soon. Instead, ended up sitting in there for almost 30 minutes with no one else speaking and never being moved to the empty seat to let my feet start soaking. At that point I put my color back and left. Terrible customer service, and a waste of 30 minutes of my limited free time.”

“Very rude, slow & no type of professionalism This isn’t my normal nail shop but I go here because I work in the area. Every time I come here ( which is very seldom) they’re rude. 0/10 & from the other reviews work is terrible.”

“I got a pedicure and was sore immediately after couldn't walk the next day from the pain in my big toe it was like she was digging a wayyy to deep everything else was okay but I'm praying this pain goes away my nails are okay they tell you don't move but you have 2 people working on you at the same time my eyebrows were need. I love them, but everything else wasn't in all that the experience could have been better. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼”

“My first experience was amazing the younger guy wasn’t that friendly but did an amazing job on my pedicure which made me come back. This visit was horrible. The older man was not only unfriendly but rushed my pedicure and was extremely rough and impatient. He got easily irritated upon any request! He pretty much wants you to shut up and just get a pedicure. He was so rough he cut the bottom of my feet. It’s safe to say I will not be back ! All I really wanted was a relaxing experience being that I’m seven months pregnant.”
