Kelvin is meticulous at his craft, perfecting every detail, making you feel pampered and beautiful. It’s uncommon to feel like you receive greater service than you actually pay for! It’s the first time in a very long time I was happy to complete payment and give a 50% tip, given the entire experience exceeded my expectations. “I have been coming to Elle Nail Boutique for several months and won't go anywhere else. Everyone is polite and personable and do a great job from basic polish to nail design. I usually have Loc do my nails. He is always very welcoming, transparent about cost up front, and super entertaining! Pricing is also very reasonable. My gel pedi (including removal) and hard gel fill in with nail design and cut down and reshaping was under $150. This place is the best!”
