“Just stopped in at 11:40 and requested to have my chin wax by the person who does it best. He told me she was busy and to come back at 5 o’clock. That is literally five hours from the time I came in. Apparently, she is busy and will not be busy till five hours from now and I tried to look around the store and it was only one other person waiting to get her nails done and I asked her if she requested Jenny and she said no. The quality of service and in resort of the wax was always subpar anyway however, having nowhere else to go, I am forced to frequent the establishment. However, this is it. I will not be back finding somewhere else to get my salon services done don’t bother getting your nails done the paint will chip and The nails will break easily. Don’t bother getting your feet done because they will look horrible. The polish is never clean. The topcoat is never crisp and they don’t know how to shape toes. Their prices are far too high for the quality of service that they give.”

“I went to get my nails done yesterday November 22, 2025. I came with an ombré powder full set and I needed a fill in, the nail tech completely butchered my nails. The application of the acrylic was way too thin and watery to the point where the acrylic started spilling over, so some of my nails are thicker and longer than others. She put no chip polish over my powder set and she barely let them dry in between polish applications. The nails have noticeable air bubbles and the polish is chipping off and it’s been less than 24 hours. When I was clearly upset about the nail application, she attempted to fix it but only because Tony instructed her to do so. She winded up chipping one of my nails, so she applied acrylic powder and tried to proceed to file the acrylic even though it wasn’t even dry. I had to stop her in the process and tell her to file and reshape the acrylic powder because she was about to polish over the acrylic while it was clearly still lumpy from her not properly letting it dry and not shaping and filing it. She also had an attitude because I was upset that she continued to shape my nails in a poor manner. One of my thumb nails are longer and thicker than the other. In an attempt to appease me, she massaged my hands and arms with oil( I never asked her to do that) after she applied the gel polish that was not fully dry, so air bubbles started to appear on the nails. The polish also began to smudge due to the immediate oil massage. Tony did offer to fix the issue but that would’ve been my third time sitting in a chair to fix the mistake that Amy made and I was already upset and done with the establishment as a whole. The other employees were annoyed because I was upset about the poor service that I received. I will never return to this establishment. I received poor service and I was treated poorly. She charged me $45 for that monstrosity.”
