“I love love loveeee harmony!! I have not gone anywhere else in maybe the past 2-3yrs. They’re so consistent, clean, friendly, and honesty I feel spoiled with how well priced they are. I’ve been going to Nancy for pretty much the entire time, she knows exactlyyy how I like them and helps me keep my nails healthy! I used to have rlly thin flimsy short nails, we started doing builder gel and I have NEVERR looked back; my nails are SO strong and crazy long that now a lot of people think they’re fake. I probably get them done once a month bc they last sooo long🫶🏼🫶🏼”

“Today was my second visit, and I can confidently give this salon 5 stars. The customer service is professional, friendly, and they truly care about their clients. I highly recommend them for both nails and eyebrow waxing. My first visit about two months ago was a mixed experience. As someone who had recently moved to Baton Rouge, I was looking for a new salon and chose this one because of its excellent ratings and reviews. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. My nail technician did a great job, and I loved how my nails turned out. However, during my eyebrow wax, I noticed the technician repeatedly waxed the same area under my right eyebrow. Shortly afterward, I experienced significant burning, redness, and what appeared to be a small skin abrasion. Although I was upset, I initially chose not to say anything. Later that same day, I accidentally broke one of my freshly done acrylic nails. At that point, I called the salon about both concerns. They immediately asked me to return and took care of everything. When I arrived, they were sympathetic, professional, and genuinely concerned. They explained possible causes of the irritation, applied a soothing treatment that greatly reduced the pain and redness, and repaired my nail free of charge. I was impressed by how seriously they took my concerns and their commitment to making things right. Because of that experience, I decided to give them a second chance. On my visit today, they actually remembered me and even asked thoughtful questions about skincare products that could affect waxing. I explained that I believed the irritation occurred because the same area had been waxed multiple times. They listened respectfully and assured me they would be careful. This time, my eyebrow wax was perfect—no redness, no burning, and great results. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. What ultimately earned this salon a 5-star review wasn’t perfection—it was how they handled a mistake. We all make mistakes, but not every business takes responsibility and works hard to correct them. This team did exactly that, and they gained my trust because of it. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻”
