Their customer service is top tier and I couldn’t have asked for better communication throughout the whole process. Amanda took great care of me. If i find myself back in the Asheville area I will be returning.”

“I went in today for my first luxury pedicure by Amanda. I gotta tell you, she killed it. The nail spa really is the experience I was looking for. I usually go to those nails salons where there a a bunch of chairs in a row, people everywhere, wall of polish choices, smells like chemicals with nail dust hanging in the air. I am a big fan of relaxing and had convinced myself that I was “relaxing” going to those places. Well let me tell you, I was wrong. When I walked in, the smell of the place was the first thing I noticed, it smelled like a spa. It was really cute in there too. Loved the decor. Really cute witchy vibe. There was a little fridge with some drink options, I chose a wine spritz and popped it open while I sat and got my luxurious foot soak. My feet were so tired and I felt that start to melt. I was a little insecure about how my toes looked, as I had peeled off my last gel pedicure, like I’m sure we all have, and it ripped my poor nail beds up. She paid special attention to them and made sure she used the right products for my toes to help them through. She took the time to tell me why she was using certain a products and put some much love into my cuticles. They use really great products and the spa itself does all it can to be more environmentally friendly, staying away from single use plastic and harsh chemicals. I’ve never had anyone touch those puppies with such care. I usually spend a bunch of time trying to find the perfect nail color on that big goofy nail color wall at other places, here I just asked for a galaxy vibe, so I booked a nail art enhancement along with my pedi. Left it all to her. I haven’t been able to stop looking at my toes. They are so cute, thought about finishing that only fans profile and selling some feet pics on the internet, lol. This one is for free. So, basically, once I finish this review, I’m going to rebook as she books out pretty far in advance.”

“Amanda is the BEST! I can’t wait to see all that she does in her new space. Amanda is super thorough focusing on the health of my nails, cuticles and skin around my nails. She does nail art in so many styles. I love getting to see what she comes up with. The orange & white nails were scheduled to be redone when Helene hit, but you can see the excellence at nearly 5 weeks after getting them done.”

“Hex Riot is the place to go if you like high quality nails! I enjoyed my experience from start to finish. To start, you get to choose a beverage and a snack when you get there, they have cute shows playing on the TV, the space is very relaxing & you are safe to be yourself. While both nail techs there are very talented, I see Rachel and she takes time after every step to make sure I like the shapes and designs she puts on my nails. I find myself counting down the days leading to my next appointment. 10/10 would recommend!”
