“I went for a fill last Saturday. I noticed the tips were very jagged and left very thick and kinda crooked if that makes sense. I went in today to get it fixed, well, they were unhappy that i complained. Like, i was happy to pay for the color change, but how dare i speak up on the job I'd already paid for! Told me that they were thick because of the natural nail being so thick. Not sure when he fell off the turnip truck but I did not. I could carry on, but today is the first time in over 50 years that I intentionally left without tipping. Save your money or go to the competitors for a professional job.”

“Where do I even begin… I went to Kim’s last Wednesday with a group of friends. At first, everything seemed great — our nails looked beautiful and the staff was friendly. However, by Friday, my polish had completely chipped off. I went back Saturday to get them fixed. By Sunday, two of my nails had already popped off. I tried to go back Monday, but they were closed, and by the following Wednesday I was missing 5 out of 10 nails. At that point, I called and asked for a refund because it had only been ONE week and my nails were already falling apart. They refused a refund and only offered to fix them again. But honestly, why would I go back a third time in less than a week for the same issue? To make matters worse, during my last visit, the work was rushed and sloppy — paint was everywhere, the nails were poorly shaped, and it looked very unprofessional. I also experienced pain when one of the technicians was using the drill; it was set way too high and hurt. I have photos and timestamps documenting everything. If you want to throw your money away, then this is the place to go. It felt like the staff was more focused on ordering drinks from the shop next door than actually doing my nails properly. Very disappointing experience.”
