“I had a Cut by one of the newer stylists and when I left I honestly was not happy. Whether a difficult cut, less experience, my lack of vision, probably a combination of all three, I was able to reach out to the owner and she was so above and beyond accommodating in getting me rescheduled for a re-do/correction. She was not rude or defensive, she was happy to make sure I was happy and gave me options of days and stylists based on my comfort level and availability, as we know it’s not the most comfortable thing to voice a concern and then have to go back. I was scheduled with a new stylist, Jerinae and she is just amazing. So very experienced, she gave me many options to choose from with rationale behind all of them and then we met in the middle and I left beyond satisfied with my hair. Jerinae, takes your vision, feelings and the condition of your hair into consideration before doing anything, I couldn’t recommend her or this salon more. The vibe and aesthetics are outstanding too. I could spend hours in there just looking at art work. Truly a magnificent salon.”
