“Completely unprofessional. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment telling me that they are letting nail technicians go home early and can no longer accommodate me at that time but can later. Totally fine I reschedule for later in the day. I get another call canceling my appointment because more technicians decided to leave early. I asked why all of the technicians were being allowed to leave their shift early when there were customers with appointments and was told that she didn’t know that they wanted to leave early when she made my appointment. Totally unacceptable and last minute cancellation 2 times in one day is not acceptable. Should not be letting numerous nail techs who have clients booked leave early unless an emergency.”

“Insanely over priced. Payed 74 dollars to get French tips with acrylics and then 67 dollars to get them filled… when an acrylic manicure is supposed to be 49 and then 39 for a fill. Where are the 25+ dollars in fees coming from because it doesn’t even include tip.”

“Amazing!! Mai was my nail tech and did exactly what I asked. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the result! Walked right in and got SNS with tips in an hour. Such a good experience and super adorable for us college students! Definitely recommend!!!”

“I moved to chapel hill while still using a nail salon in a different city. I was searching only so eagerly to find a nail salon to do my nails when I got off work. Thankfully, I found this amazing place. The staff are PHENOMENAL. The first visit I had my pedicure and full set with french tips. They did both at once, while he was painting my toes, she was putting on tips. Normally, you would feel rushed by that, but I had to take into consideration that they were squeezing me in at the last min. They have a great sense of humor, and will keep you laughing when they joke with eachother. Today, I went back and got a fill-in. Winnie was absolutely AMAZING.. I love my nails so much and she definitely understood the assignment😍”
