“I came in asking for a dip powder manicure. Before the dip was applied I asked my tech to leave my nails without the powder. However, he still proceeded to add the dip. After my service, my dip color and top coat started peeling. About ALL of my nails were crooked. I brought this up to the manager and she proceeded to tell me they will not refund me for the crooked nails and that it’s “just the top coat peeling”. I am extremely disappointed with the service, especially as a first time client. I am still trying to contact the owner and get refunded for the terrible service and treatment.”

“Very disappointing experience. I have been to this salon three separate times, and each time I was asked to pay before receiving any service. At first, I thought it was unusual since most nail salons I’ve visited charge after the service is completed. What made me uncomfortable was noticing that other customers were not being asked to pay in advance. After speaking with others, it appeared that this policy was not being applied consistently. As a result, I was left feeling singled out and questioning why I was being treated differently. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with respect. Unfortunately, my experiences here left me feeling unwelcome, and I will not be returning.”

“Bad no-chip. I decided to try this place since it's closer to home but I will not be returning. I got a no-chip manicure and after only 5 days all my nails were chipped. My thumb polish was practically all gone after 5 days, I went back in to fix it and they only fixed that one. After that everything else started coming off. Not worth the $ if my manicure won't even last a week. The lady doing my nails was nice, only positive thing.”

“Very friendly, very clean. Staff is respectful and always try to accommodate my requests. I love the nail polishing but wish they did more in the lotion and massage part sometimes. Hands get stiff when holding them in awkward angles and the massage in the end helps. Otherwise amazing.”

“Love this nail salon! It’s very fast and people are also nice. Stacy did these nails for me, she’s so good and makes pretty acrylic full set nails. Would love to go to this salon again and will ask for Stacy to do for my nails again!”
