“Highly recommend! I’m never disappointed. Great friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Love my Ombre nails❤️”
“Best pedicure in the area! I’ve paid twice the amount at other nail salons, and haven’t encountered as great of a massage, cuticle/ callous removal, and paint job as this business provides. They are fantastic at paying attention to detail.”
“I was a walk-in and had to wait about 10 minutes before being blessed with Mia as my technician. They were quite busy, which is good. She was pleasant and paid attention to details, like sealing each nail as she went along. I will be back to her professional hands soon. Yes, I do recommend them.”
“Pedicure was great. I asked for a full set and was not pleased with the technician I got. The man was super rough with my hands, twisting and bending my fingers until they hurt. I asked for almond shaped French tip in red, and the lines are so thick. I also have a mess of glue all over my fingers. He was so rude too, kept telling me to relax. First three photos are the result, last photo is what I asked for. I paid $110. The pinky nail is crooked and the middle finger nail has a weird bump/ridge. My fingers are so sore. Listen, he was so rude I’m afraid of going back there.”
“Had a very poor experience… a technician who came highly recommended provided me very poor service. I came in with dip powder on my nails that needed to be removed. The first huge problem was she cut my nails down short when I asked them to be cut down a little bit- and she did so before she removed the existing dip on my nails… this broke several of my nails and cracked others which was extremely frustrating. As a result many of my nails are uneven with a few broken down after I’ve been growing them out for a while. The technician then shaved down my nails before putting on a little bit of acetone to remove the dip powder. It didn’t all come off which seemed to frustrate her. She ended up not even removing all of the dip from my previous manicure before putting on my new color. My cuticles were not touched and have color all over them. The shaping of my nails is irregular and she did not even ask how I wanted them shaped. It didn’t really matter in the end because of how short they were cut. Additionally there was powder and color all over my fingers that won’t come off with water and soap. See photos for all of the above. I’ve tried 3 techs at lovely and haven’t had a good experience with any. This was unfortunately my last visit with them. I scheduled an appointment at another salon immediately after to have my nails redone. Now on top of the $42 I paid for these, I have to pay to have them removed, get tips added, and have dip powder and manicure all done again.”
