“Cannot say enough good things about this salon! First want to start by saying how funny and welcoming the staff is, I genuinley laughed from the time I got there till I left! I do HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment, when you have an appointment they treat you as first priority (as they should) even if you do not have an appointment I still watched them go above and beyond to make customers as comfortable as possible while waiting, can't forget the complimentary mimosa, SUPER SUPER clean atmosphere, I also believe they carry non toxic brands per a conversation I briefly had with one of the owners! This is now the only salon I go to in Hammond!”

“So I have been having a rough time recently and I went to get my nails done with my mom and daughter and let me say that both Kim and Van turned my frown upside down!!!! They really put a smile on my face made me laugh and not to mention the coffee was amazing ! But let’s talk about the nails I couldn’t be happier my experience and my nails are ON POINT! I love them I show them off every time I come I am never disappointed!!! I have seen all the techs there and everyone is so amazing and do top notch jobs !!!”

“Today's visit wasn't as great as my previous ones. Although the hand, arm, and neck massage was great, this cut under my nail hurts really bad. I work with my hands, so not being able to apply pressure due to this is restricting me. When mentioned I was told they would take $5 off for cutting me. $65 for this is not worth it. Also, the ombre look idea was cute, but my nails turned out a messy looking. Not sure if I'll be back. UPDATE: The owner Kim Called me to come in for her to fix my nails. Unfortunately, my availability caused me to have to go in at another time so she had someone else to do them. I was told repeatedly to put my cut finger all the way in the acetone for acrylic remove. I literally had to tell her repeatedly that I was not about to put my open wound in acetone. Of course the conversation in their language was had infront of me. Wasn't bothered until the nail tech started making comments like "Do you like because I don't want another grimmy review" and laughed. The proceeded to ask me "are you finally satisfied now?" As if I was the problem to being with. Yea I won't be back. My new set is nice though lol”

“This nail salon is the worst place ever. Please explain to me why it was $96 for a full set? I went back in after looking over my receipt, and they dumped it down for me like I was an idiot. Why are they charging almost $20 for color, when online it’s included in the total? PLUS $7 for a shape. Btw non of this is said on the website!!! I got my nails done with my sister for her sweet sixteen and I will never come back. There were black stuff in my nails and they told me that wasn’t from them. Well I know it wasn’t from me. Never come here when if it the last nail salon open. The owner was very rude to me. Don’t come here!!!”
