“I'm trying to find a new nail salon. I went at 3 on a Wednesday, not a super busy time, not a weekend. I can deal with not getting a full cuticle manicure, what I didn't realize was he was having me switch my hands out before they fully cured under the UV light for gel polish. My nails now have bubbles and you can see the layers of polish because they didn't cure fully. Also the guy was on his phone, a lot. I get it's FIFA, but come on....”
