“The lady seemed very nice which is why I’m giving any stars at all. I was originally told the price would be $60 but somehow we ended up at $100 for a basic pedicure. At first my feet felt fine, but now that 30 minutes or so has passed, my feet and cuticles are so sore. It hurts when I move my toes in any sort of way. She cut way too much around the edges and filed way too low. She also cut my actual nail as low as possible which I specifically requested not to be done. I’m used to a very clean French tip, with enough length for it to look very crisp, which she said she knew how to do …. I was also told I could get my manicure done immediately after, but then once that time came, I was informed I would have to wait 45 minutes. Needless to say, I did not stay for the manicure. Again, the lady who did them was kind, and maybe the miscommunication came from a severe language barrier, but I will not be returning. If you have special request of any sort, a preference, or like when people way attention to detail, I would not recommend LUXE NAILS & SPA LLC.”

“Katie is the best!! The atmosphere is always super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in. My nail design turned out AMAZING—so detailed and exactly what I wanted (honestly even better). You can tell Katie really cares about her work and takes her time to make everything perfect. Definitely the best nail salon around, my daughter and I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend!”

Not only is she detail oriented in how you look when you leave but she makes you feel like you are her best friend while you are there. I can't recommend this place enough.”

Their staff is always so kind and understanding with scheduling as well as working their hardest to give you everything you want. This acrylic set they did for me is incredible work. From the actual nail itself being perfect and natural to the design being so meticulously created by hand. Masterfully done. Go see them.”
