“Unfortunately I won’t be back here. I was very excited and came for the viral jelly pedicure (The Ocean Paradise Pedicure) which was such a disappointment. It might have been my technician who wasn’t familiar with the process but there were many issues. The area I was brought to sit at was messy and dirty, with some sort of juice / sticky liquid on the place where my purse was put. The initial water was very hot and my technician scooped it out with a little bucket and threw it in the pedicure bowl next to ours, but ended up spilling a bunch on my shoes. The jelly basically did not form in the water so my feet were just in beady water versus the jelly consistency I’ve been seeing in the other photos and videos. The Ocean Paradise mentions a 20 minute hot stone therapy massage, mine lasted maybe 5 minutes. Paraffin wax and hot towels are typically pretty hot so technicians usually air them out before putting them on you. The paraffin socks were unbelievably hot and the technician didn’t air it out, I mentioned to her that it was hot and she just let it sit on my feet before moving the liquid around again, which was still very hot. My foot towel wasn’t changed out after the paraffin, so pink wax was stuck to my legs and feet. My technician wasn’t knowledgeable on colors / polish layers and that caused me to sit around for a long time waiting for the polish to dry. They brought out the gel machine after about 20 mins of me waiting for it to dry, and even then the polish was sliding off my toes upon touch. The staff seemed kind, including my technician, which is why I even gave 1 star but again, no real care in the service. I just think there is a lot of room for improvements overall. For the amount of money I had to pay, the quality, service, and cleanliness was just not good at all. I’ve paid much less at other places for a much higher quality of service.”

“Great first experience and will return! Came for the viral jelly pedicure (it’s the Ocean Paradise option). You begin with a jelly “soak” prior to actually beginning. It felt so good! It was cooling, refreshing, and exfoliating - not in a rough way, but allowing you to squish around with your toes and heels. This was followed by scrubbing, typical pedicure treatment, a massage, cleaning of nails, and polish. One of the standouts was the use of a facial steamer, but on your toes, feet, and lower legs. It made everything feel better and more relaxing! I chose regular nail polish on my toes and loved that the sets came with same color in acrylic, which I got on my nails. My manicure was fantastic. Clean and to the point. Sharon, (owner/manager??), was so welcoming. Superb customer service. Also loved seeing all employees hold high standards of cleaning the pedi chairs, using new tools, etc. Is this on the pricey side? Perhaps? But you get what you pay for. My mani/pedi were fond with care, not rushed, super clean, with friendly, professional staff! I would take a pedi pic but hate my feet. Trust me though - they look great! Can’t wait to return!”
