“I’ve patronized Merci Nails since they opened. The 5 star customer service has always matched the quality of nail care and artistry of the technicians. I was present a couple of weeks ago and witnessed the exchange between reviewer @Anaya Ausberry and “the lady with the bob” who remained composed and professional in spite of being belittled, berated and called multiple profanities. The customer, Anaya was irate, yelling, and screaming about the price associated with her nail designs. The were many customers present and the rant was also conducted in front of multiple little girls. It’s not right to give a substandard rating to an establishment especially, if you request a service that is done to your satisfaction, however, exceeds your desired price point. I commend “the lady with the bob” for not feeding into the negativity and maintaining a professional decorum. On another note, love my nails!!!💅🏾”

“I had such a great experience! I got a pedicure, removal, and a full set, and I couldn’t be happier. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and kept reassuring me the entire time, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Tracy did my set removal and was AMAZING. She was very gentle, didn’t damage any of my natural nails, and really took her time. Her shaping and filing were perfect, and she absolutely nailed the design I wanted. Her work was immaculate ✨ Everyone was very nice, and the service overall was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
