Moon Nails

“I came in at 10 am and asked for a new set. Ellis told me it’d be about 15 min wait. I asked if she could at least start to soak my nails off but she ignored me. She was with another client but someone could have multi tasked and started my soak off. When she finally sat me in her chair, she started trying to pluck my nails off with another nail. It hurt so I again asked for a soak. She told me it’d would take one hour to soak my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years, I know it doesn’t take THAT long for a soak off. they say they couldn’t start my soak because she was with another client. However, they didn’t mind servicing others when it was MY turn to sit in her chair. She sat took care of two other clients while I sat unattended. After waiting over an hour, I decided to leave. They showed no interest or concern to remedy the situation. They are apologizing in their review but they had a chance to apologize when I was IN the salon, telling them how i was unhappy with the service. They could have and should’ve apologized before I walked out. This is why i will be supporting black owned salons from now on”

“I absolutely love this salon! The team is incredibly attentive and took the time to help me choose the perfect colors and designs. I came in with 3 different inspiration photos, and they blended all of my ideas into one beautiful set that exceeded my expectations. I honestly think my nails turned out even better than the pictures! Their pedicures are amazing, and the massage was the best I've ever had. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep in the chair! I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and completely satisfied. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my future appointments. Highly recommend!”

I did some research and found Moon Nails— they were so calm, sweet, and intentional with everything they did. I specifically had Ellis on my full set, and she did an amazing job.”

“Went here on the day before Christmas Eve and got the worst service ever. I took me and my grandma to get out nails done for her Christmas present. The lady that did my grandmas nails did a fantastic job, but the lady that did mine did such a rushed horrible job. My nails were suppose to be a plumish cat eye purple but she applied the polish and they were bright pink/bright magenta. My nails aren't even painted all the way and its literally just the top of them that are painted. The gel doesnt even go all the way to the base of my nail wich is insane. I genuinely do not recommend coming here if you want good service. Or atleast dont see the lady i went to. If the service was 15$ i would understand but unfortunately i wasted 55$ on my nails alone. My grandmas nails were 45$ atleast hers actually looked good and the lady took her time on them.”
