“Went on Mother’s Day 2026, with my 4 year old. We did not have appointment so we expected to wait. The lady we got was RUDE. She didn’t want to do dip on my daughter, who has had it before. We settled for gel, which always peels off. Then she asks me to find my color in the powder. I was unable to locate any red in the powder. She said so you just want your current nails off! She was beyond RUDE. Was not the girl named Kelly. She seemed sweet and took care of her customers!”

“Wanted dip powder on my nails with a hot pink. My nails have never looked so bad getting them done. My skin is dyed pink and the dip is all around my nail on my skin. Took 20 minutes max. Did not receive a manicure at all. Staff was not friendly at all. Do not recommend at all.”
