“We made appointments for 3 people. They started the pedicure for one of us & was almost completely done (50 min past appointment time) before they started the other two people. The pedicure water was cold from the moment we sat down. I asked for hot water to be added, but it only ever got warm, not the quality you expect for the service. The pedicure itself was ok. The pedicure option we chose was supposed to include a 20 min massage, but it was more like 5 min. I’d read the reviews, but didn’t have a lot of options for Fairmont on Sunday so decided to give it a shot. The facility is otherwise clean & m They have the potential to be better. Don’t overbook or hire more help. Ensure the product you’re selling is what you deliver. I would consider going back only if I heard this has improved.”

“This is unfortunate my girlfriend was wanting to get her nails filled but they didn’t do that. I’ll just let the picture speak for itself bc I don’t know a lot about nails and she’s got her nails done a week before. $50 plus $20 tip. Edit: I forgot to mention that they were very rough and made her bleed and proceeded to paint over the blood.”
