“0/10, do not recommend. The work was sloppy from the start, but I had somewhere to be, so I paid, tipped, and left. During the process he asked me if I liked it while it was WET on one nail and BEFORE I knew that was all he was going to do. NOT AFTER. I'm not confrontational so I kept it quiet. The moment I got outside and saw my nails in natural light, I realized the color looked NOTHING like it did inside the salon. I hated it. I turned around less than 10 minutes later and politely asked if I could change the color. I specifically told them it wasn't the nail tech's fault because I didn't want to seem nasty because I was in a rush and he obviously was too, and that I wasn't asking for a new set—just a color change. Instead of trying to make it right, they decided to charge me an additional $28. So let me get this straight: you give me sloppy nails, I still tip, I come back almost immediately because the color looks completely different in daylight, and your solution is to charge me more money? Absolutely not. Customer service goes a long way, and this place clearly missed the memo. They are sloppy, money-hungry, and more concerned about squeezing every dollar out of customers than making sure they leave happy. Needless to say, they won't be seeing me again. Save your money and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.”

“One day after my mani-pedi combo the nail polish chipped off my thumb. The second day the nail polish chipped off two of other fingers. I get my nails quite often and never had any this sort of situation happen before so soon after getting my nails done! No external circumstances that would ruin my nails.”

“I got my nails done 6 days ago they’re already lifting and so lumpy the French tip looks like a 5 year old did it. My nails were filled with the previous gel polish still on them. I am NOT pleased. I usually do my own nails but didn’t have time so I went somewhere instead. I don’t understand why every time I go to a salon nobody pays enough attention. I understand they won’t be perfect but can I have something that looks like a precessional did them?”
