Nails By Liv

“The quality of work is fine. The place smells like animal urine and Liv is unprofessional. She has a 48 hour cancellation window, but still charged me despite canceling outside of the cancellation window. My appointment was on 6/17 @ 10:50 am and I cancelled 6/15 at 9:30 am. I was going to delete but I feel the need to respond. I showed up to my first appointment because I didn’t know how the system worked and didn’t want to be a no show and be charged . I booked right after that service and later realized I booked the wrong thing. The system would not let me change to a fill and take the same time slot. I actually wanted the initial day I scheduled for but your scheduling system isn’t great. The problem could have been handled so much better. Telling people I canceled 3 times isn’t true. I only canceled bc You told me you couldn’t remove the gel and do the service I needed. I had no other option but to cancel. I still canceled outside of the 48 hr window your policy states. However, I do appreciate you finally refunding me.”

“Obsessed is an understatement. She is amazing at what she does and she takes such good care of you while also giving you tips on how to take care of your nails better! Definitely staying with her for the long run!”
