“Got a builder gel set here by Kelly. The reviews were raving about her and her work in the photos looked promising. During my appointment, she seemed to be in a rush. From ignoring my requests to skipping crucial steps, she just didn’t seem to care about the overall quality of my nails whatsoever, thus leading to them chipping shortly after. My nails look nothing like the reference picture. I don’t live close so coming back to get them fixed would be a huge inconvenience when she could’ve just gotten them right on the first try. These were for a trip and I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with them. I’m not sure if she’s manipulating some of her reviews, but this is in fact, a real review.”

“Made an appointment with Kelly. This was my first visit. Somehow she was over booked and took me ahead of the other appointment, since I was already there. For this reason she rushed through my full-set forgetting important steps for retention. I have never had a full-set done in 15 minutes. She was so rough my nails hurt for 2 days. The look of my nails are VERY important to me and as a paying customer, I was/am disappointed and dissatisfied. I do want to add she was very nice but time got in the way. If there’s a next time, I will book with someone else.”

“Got my nails done Fri late morning. I requested Gel X nails but I prefer them short and square. My nail tech was sweet (her station is directly to the left when you enter) but she convince me by doing extension tip with gel liquid (solidify with the curing light) was the better route vs gel x nails. Gel x nails was pre shaped to almond or coffin I believe. Something told me I shouldn’t have agreeed but she assured me it is just as good. Well today is Sunday- the actual day I need my nails to be decent. The paint is already chipped and you can see the extension nail. There’s other flaws on several nails. Never have an issue paying for quality. This isn’t quality. This is rush work.”
