Kelsey is an amazing stylist in every way—She has a charming, down to earth personality that makes us comfortable. She is the only stylist ever that has made us feel totally heard. :) She is also very honest and communicative about what is realistic for our specific hair type and goals. She told my mom how to work with her natural part and how to style it voluminously despite its thinness. She was clear with me about how the vibrant purple color I was hoping for would take time to achieve, since we would be lifting from two years worth of black dye. Even so, she has done a great job at getting me to exactly what I wanted!!! QR Studio is always very clean, welcoming, and lively. The staff appears to be very close-knit and happy to work alongside one another. Stylists that aren’t your own will even go out of their way to chat with you, be attentive, and compliment you. It is a great environment as well as consistently tidy and high quality! :)”

“I dont usually complain but my brows just do not look good after going here for a wax. And its not really fixable since im now missing a good chunk of hair where there shouldn't have been missing hair. One brow looks half decent the other is almost a straight line. She didnt ask what i wanted or anything. Just seemed rushed and jumped right into doing things.”

“I have very thick hair and asked for a lot of layers, face framing and to thin out all the bulk. First got my hair cut with Brad, he face framed, then started at my length and it ended up being almost all one length, no layers, no thinning. Looked bad and if you have THICK hair you know cutting it all one length is the worst thing. Went back today for this to be fixed, again I showed them the BUlK and asked for a lot of layers and for it to be thinned out. Heather put in layers and it helped a little with the thickness of the bottom layer. Got home washes, dried, and styled and started to see that the last layer isn’t connected to the bottom layer…see pictures and the bottom is still very thick!! I even asked the second time I went if this was something she thought she could do and she said yea shouldn’t be a problem.. I don’t know..Can no one in that salon put in layers and thin out thickness.. two chances I gave this salon… management needs to be checking these cuts before they walk out the door so customers don’t find things once they get home and have a good chance to look at it for themselves.
