What people are saying
“I went just last Friday 3/20/26 to get my nails filled and a pedi. Pedi was fine. Nails, absolutely NOT. The tech trashed talked where I went prior to which baffles me that you’d even do that about someone else’s work. Then he seemed to be in a hurry. I asked if they could do a pedi and they said they’d try and work me in because they had appointments coming in, OKAY! I support and understand that. No problem there. Which they did manage to squeeze me and I greatly appreciated that. The lady and I am assuming possibly the owner, was very nice. I pay $100 for both services and leave. $50 for a fill is CRAZY work. Anyways. I had to go back the following Monday because the polish LITERALLY started chipping off! I was made to feel like as though I was inconveniencing them asking to fix the polish. I paid $50 and in 2 days the polish started to flake? Thats not normal. I felt like there was attitude thrown at me and the guy was only going to do my thumbs …I asked what about the other black? If those are peeling, they will too I’m sure. My hands were being jerked around, the tech just had an all around pissy attitude! Don’t be mad at the customer because you either have cheap crap product or you’ve thinned it out with acetone so much, it no longer wants to stick! I paid $50 dollars for a fill that didn’t even last because my pinky has already popped in a week! Now! The new black polish that I had done 4 days ago is also peeling off the same way as the first time! I have gone here on and off for YEARS and NEVER had issues, but with in the last year I feel as though I’ve wasted my money! Im done! Will not support them. Some of the techs are sweet and nice and others …they seemingly hate their job! I now have to go tomorrow and get another fill, something that should have last AT LEAST 2 weeks.”
“Went for a pedicure and I expected to pay the price listed on their price board. The person who did the pedicure wore soggy gloves the entire time. He never asked if I wanted upgrades. He rubbed lotion on my legs with his soggy gloves. When it was over, the cost was over $40 and he stood next to me with a posture like was expecting a tip. I had even brought my own polish! I paid what he told me and never went back again. Oh, and regal nails - a canned response to these reviews is not the answer.”
“I had been coming here consistently for about six months. The first visit and next few visits were nothing to write home about. The tech was working on two people at once, which wasn’t great but the price was okay for what I got and my nails turned out fine. One of the more notable visits, she was rushing me, dismissing me, and working on multiple people at once, again. She only did one coat of polish when the standard is usually 2, and skipped the glitter I had asked for, just trying to get me out the door. There were only two of us customers in there The worst experience, though, was when I walked in for a fill. It was midday, they weren’t closing for hours, and yes, it was somewhat visibly busy, but I was still just a walk-in. I was totally fine waiting there, or coming back later. But, instead of just letting me know they were booked, they made a big scene of me not having an appointment, berating me in front of the other customers, and kept repeatedly asking "you don't have an appointment?" in a rude, mocking tone. Just laughing and having a fit about it with the other employee. It felt like they were purposely trying to embarrass me. They acted like walk-ins were completely unusual for them, which isn't... I'm sure they make most of their money from impulse walk-ins. They also didn’t even check the schedule, just told me to try again in a few days. I get that I was only seeing the customers who were physically there and not what appointments they had coming up, but the way they handled it was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Even when I did make appointments, they still worked on other clients at the same time and rushed to get me to leave. Also, a basic color fill would cost over $60, which is crazy for what you get. The prices are way too high for the quality of service, the workers are rude, and your services are rushed. If you want to feel dismissed and overcharged, this is the place. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere else. I won’t be back.”
“great place, nice workers and great prices. i got acrylics today, not sure how long they’ll last but they seem sturdy and i was very pleased with how they turned out. the people did my nails made sure i was happy with what i got. very kind people. my sister got her nails done here too, and they also turned out great. will be coming back”
“I went today to get my nails removed no color nothing just take them off period and was changed for a full set $35 in which she completely tore up my thumb cuticle. I also had asked for a pedicure where they changed another $50 where the water was ice cold he had let it sit for so long while I was getting my “removal” and I was literally sliding out of my chair due to how he was pulling on my feet. Absolutely never again. Poor customer service, poor communication, extremely high prices for what I received. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially if you want to enjoy yourself $85 for frozen feet, poor posture and a “full set” which wasn’t what I received or requested”
