“I tried to send this privately but the website keeps giving an error. I was at Rose nails yesterday for a gel pedicure and regular polish manicure. I selected one color that is available in regular and gel, so that all my nails would be the same (we even discussed this). I was surprised to see a second person would do my nails while my pedicure was being done. That was fine by me, but it turns out they did not use the same color. My toenails are a different color from my fingernails. I purposely chose the color to match a dress I’m wearing for an event today. Now I will be going to the event and my nail colors are not consistent. In the end I feel they were so worried about efficiency with my appointment that they missed this detail. Very disappointing, especially considering I’ve had a positive experience here prior.”

“Came in with a reference photo for my graduation nails and they did great! Made sure I was happy with the designs before committing to them. Also, has a couple of times where I wanted something to be fixed a little and they were so nice and happy to fix whatever I needed. Really happy with my nails which have all held up except for one after a very active month and I will be coming back! (I got dip powder with some tips to even out my nails)”
