“I always come here to get my full feminine maintenance done and they always have done an amazing job/service with me but today was just one of the best bc I usually stick to a basic routine but I stepped out my comfort zone and did a new look and the nail tech that did my nails DID AMAZING!!! “I went to Star nails to get my lashes done on Friday and by the following evening, two clusters had fell off. I waited until they reopened on Monday and took Megan the two lashes that had fell off and asked her if she could fix at least the one on the end but she seemed to be frustrated by me asking a simple request. I’m not sure if it was because I brought in the two last clusters that fell off or not but she presumed to tell me that lashes fall off and explained to me how natural lashes fall off when you rub your eyes, but I didn’t rub my eyes and if I’m paying $40 for lashes, I wouldn’t expect my lashes to fall off within the next day. Instead of her being nice about it and just fixing the lash so that my lashes wouldn’t be uneven on the ends, she started talking about how I should’ve waited on a refill and it’s OK if lashes start to fall out and for her to glue one lash cluster on would be $5 when she could’ve just fixed the problem that she created and let me go on about my day. She was rude to me and didn’t even give me the fan to dry the glue on the lash that she replaced. She then started speaking in her language with another young lady (worker) and begin laughing after she left me in the room with the fan to dry my lash. I will not be coming back to Star nails due to this experience since mistakes can’t be fixed and I have to be charged for them along with having to listen to a speech about how lashes fall off and gel chip on your nails (so random because I don’t even get my nails done here) going forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Then she’s pushy when it comes to wanting someone to leave a review for her business, but she wasn’t pushy about a review when I came in and asked to have my lash fixed.”

“My new favorite place! Andy worked on my nails and did wonderful work. He was very gentle, attention to detail and kind!!! Even took extra time to make sure my nails were filed evenly. He was also very patient with me when I asked for additional gems and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I felt very welcome and well taken care of Please tip if you go. The employees here are artists and their craft deserves all of your respect!!! 💅💕”
