“Do not go here for hair!! I went for a balayage the first time yesterday. It’s something I have gotten done for 10 years now. Had an appointment with Annika. Showed her my inspiration picture & my own hair how I like it. Go through the steps. She was finished and it looked like I’ve let my hair grow out for six months. Or I got my end, dipped and blonde it looked bad. So I’m like that’s not at all what I showed you I wanted. She’s like OK OK we can fix that. No problem. Go through it again she over tones my hair. As of right now, my hair is very dark. I have streaks of grey in it. It looks horrible. My money piece is about 2 inches on each side. This is absolutely the worst job I’ve ever gotten done on my hair!!! She doesn’t charge me for it as she shouldn’t because it is so bad. I receive her bosses number get a hold of them. Immediately she’s like well you weren’t charged and there’s nothing more we can do to help you reach your hair goal. Meanwhile, I walked out of your shop Fifty Shades of Grey! I would be ashamed to own a business and let someone walk out with hair like this. To sum it up I would be very careful going here! A lot of younger woman early 20s running the shop alone!
