“Great location in Ohio city Ohio enough parking available. Very relaxing atmosphere & welcoming vibe , A very pleasant salon; everything has been chosen with taste and love.Been a multiple times at this location, even before they changed name. My last experience was confused, uncomfortable and clearly showed what their standards & values are . I made two appointments and then canceled one without knowing the charging cancellation fee , totally understandable. Respect their time and money. Girl trying to say it’s better for you to due my service then paying for cancel service. Ok I was agreeing but then they didn’t have teach available for me so they took me for 25 minutes late. So if I m canceling service I’m paying fee if they was late to take me that’s all good . Values , building customer loyalty & trust . Would I recommend this place yes , absolutely.”

“August 1, 2026 I Googled nail salons open late for walk in pedi this place advertises they close at 9pm. I get there at 7:30 and they say today starts our new hours as of today we close at 8. I asked if they can make an exception since I came from far away based on their advertised hours and they said it's not their fault the.owners didn't change it online and no. They offered me an appointment but of course I don't need an appointment for next week I will be at my regular salon next week. I asked again told them I had something in the morning I'm getting ready for and again No. I don't care how nice this salon looks they are falsely advertising themselves as an option for late day salon care for hard working business owners. In the strength of better business and the law they should have serviced me. I don't fuss. I left because they seemed upset. They should have locked the door if 7:30 is too late. Don't let people.walk in so you can be rude to them. You don't know if I'm a multi.billionaire to buy the whole building and evict you. Don't go here because they only care about themselves. Thumbs all the way down. I will never be late for my salon ever again and their door was locked when I got there at 5:45 they close at 6:30 and that's professionalism.”

“The W is my go-to spot!! I’ve been going for almost a year and I notice a huge difference in my nails from when I’ve been to other salons. My regular tech, Ellie, is so sweet and has unreal talent for nail art and manicures that last. She always takes the time to meticulously ensure that all the tiny details of my nails are absolutely perfect. I typically get at least 3 weeks of wear out of a gel manicure with no chipping or lift—I seriously only go back when they’re so grown out I need a new set. I get the luminary and that has helped a lot with a lot of the breakage I used to have when I was going to other places that would drill (another huge perk of the W—drill free!). If you’re in the market for a special occasion manicure or a new regular spot I highly recommend the W and Ellie, her skill and love for what she does is truly unmatched and you’ll get the most bang for your buck!”

“My stylist was super nice and I loved it but one of my nail fell off after a week I got them done on the 5th. I’m unhappy with there customer service. I left a message at around 6 yesterday, about 3 hours before they close and they have not gotten back to me at all yet. it’s been almost 24 hours. edit: I would like to add that I do like how healthy my nail was underneath. Someone has reached out to me. And i will be getting my nails fixed. Thank you and I apologize for my frustration.”

“I’ve had some horrible luck with nail drills just destroying my nails, I stumbled upon this no drill shop and I’m thrilled with the extra attention and care. They include cuticle clean up and a sugar scrub so it is definitely elvated. Appointments are longer ,just relax and enjoy some self care! I had the gel extensions and they are beautiful! I’ve also had a pedicure and although they don’t have those crazy massage chairs, the extra is in the service itself with a better massage and again, the sugar scrub. Give them a try !”
