What people are saying
“After a few pedicures here, I'm convinced this is the most relaxing nail spa in the area. The staff is so kind and even though I only visit about once a season, I will keep coming back to Therapy Nail Spa. The technicians I've had are very thorough and the space is clean and tidy. The massage chairs are in great shape and are really nice. And the music is calming. Never had an issue with the pedicure itself, I usually get an upgraded pedicure with a massage or wrap of some sort - and each visit feels like a great value. Not sure I could ask for more!”
“Went here on a whim and I loved it! They were super sweet and attentive. Working efficiently and the art lastssss like I've had mine on for almost 4weeks and not a pearl, bead, or anything has budged or chipped 🥰💖🙂↕️ I am so excited for my next set (and everything is reasonably priced with no suprises)”
“Hands down the prettiest set I’ve ever had! Hara fit me in at the end of the day as a first time client at Therapy Nails Spa. She was so kind, so knowledgeable, and made my exact vision come to life! I couldn’t be happier with my nails, the price, and the service. The atmosphere was very chill, everything was clean, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! I’ve attached pictures in different lighting. So gorgeous! I highly recommend Hara!🦋💕”
“This was our second visit to Therapy Nail Spa in Cary for their head therapy service, and it exceeded expectations once again. My kids truly enjoyed the experience. The team is attentive, skilled, and very kind. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Excellent service at a great value—highly recommend!”
“I've hesitated about posting this because I don't want to discount the other quality experiences others have enjoyed with TNS. I am the kind of person who finds a place/service provider and sticks with them forever even if it means traveling to my home state to get a haircut (shout-out to my stylist of 20 years!). I have not quite found "my" nail salon in Cary and am very disappointed/pained by my experience here, especially given the sensitivity/anxiety I have at nail salons following some bad experiences. I got a very simple manicure (clear gel on nude nails with chrome powder) done on Feb 16 by Tai (sp?). He was a delight and I left his table feeling so taken care of. I noticed that he drill filed down a couple of spots (including my thumb) from an old grown-out gel manicure without actually removing them with acetone, which were noticeable under the clear/chrome polish, but I just let it be because I was just happy to have found someone who was careful about my experience and could just make him extra aware next time. Within 6 days, while traveling, I noticed what looked like dirt under my nails despite keeping them clean as best as I could. I discovered that, somehow, the top clear gel layer was lifting and peeling from my nails. The black stuff in my nails in the photos are the dust and fibers from my black clothes. They were peeling in huge chunks from my nail bed and getting caught in my hair and clothing. (It was business travel so I felt particularly unpresentable and insecure about my hands.) I returned and was able to make it to TNS to request a removal on Mar 2. I was eventually seated with a woman who began to drill file down the gel off my nails. (I'm anxious around drill files directly related to past experiences and even mentioned that to Tai, who was very careful with me.) I'm not very experienced with how different people do their work and assumed they would know how to carefully remove polish even though I am used to an acetone soak in my removals. I was soon given to another person who finished the job with the drill file while the first woman switched to do someone's manicure. I desperately wanted my nails back to their natural state, so I got the removal over with, and the damage was already done by the time I realized there would be no acetone soak as part of the process. Drill filing down dry nails, I can only imagine, is an imprecise procedure - though I don't have to imagine because my nails have been left bruised, scored, thin/flimsy and chipping, and with patchy/unfinished bits of manicure along the edges of some of my nails. The photos of them are from this very moment because I nearly cry looking at their condition and the amount of time I now get to spend growing out my damaged nails.”
