“This place is a gem! I only got a mani pedi, but I will absolutely be back for a massage and a facial the next time I'm back in town. They pamper you like no other place I've ever been. A heated scented neck wrap, a fur blanket, plus refreshments and snacks on top great service.”

“I wasn't going to write this review but after about 2 weeks, it just doesn't sit right with me. I have been getting my nails done here for about a year now and they were always fine, but this last time I've finally had enough. I go to the same stylist every time, and this time Bri told me we could not do a few parts of the design, which was a blue ombre with white flowers and gems. Not a big deal not having gems, and they were out of the 3d gel to make the flowers. But there wasn't even an attempt to paint the flowers on. I don't get to pick the color, we go straight to cat eye colors and I select one of those even though my design did not have cat eye in it. I sit down and we get started and as she is doing the ombre it is just not coming through very well. The ombre effect turned into just streaks, and she claimed I should have picked a glitter polish so it would blend better. There was also only one coat of the blue put on when it was supposed to be a darker color so I feel like my nails are just half done at this point. If I had known she could not do it, I had a back up set in case. The entire time I'm noticing she is seeming to avoid my hands as best as you can at a nail appointment. We start talking and she wants to talk about a set I got from months prior that was not very good. She keeps saying "I know you didnt like that set" , "you know you didn't like it" I am uncomfortable at this point and try to change the subject which does not work. "See I bet you thought of that ugly set all on your own, you didn't even have a picture" now at this point I just stop talking. (I had never brought up with anyone at Tuscan that I was unhappy with my set that time because it was one bad nail set out of the hand full of sets I had gotten, and I had usually had pleasant experiences with the vibe of the spa. That set also did not turn out well because I told her what I wanted, which was a set she had done on someone else, and she made me pick something else after I repeatedly told her I didn't like how it was looking prior to curing and that maybe we should pick something else.) But I digress, we are then at the end of the service and I have not spoken for the past 20 minutes because Im uncomfortable with her continously bringing this up and blaming me, to which Bri then puts the lotion in my hands and says "Here rub it on yourself, I dont want that weird rash you have" and walks away. The rash in question was in fact not a rash, but just my knuckles on one hand being dry and chapped from my job. I am aware my knuckles do not look the prettiest, but to say that to anyone is just completely rude. I cried on the way home, embarrassed and with awful nails. I will be looking for another place to get my nails done”

She did an excellent job with my highlights! Perfect color match to my existing highlights. Very happy with the overall experience and very impressed with Erica’s expertise with color. Diana K , Bri S, and Victoria M greeted me with a warm smile and pampered me like a queen for a day. From the front staff welcome to the cashier at the end goodbye 100% warm and friendly.
