“I had a really disappointing experience here. I asked for medium long layers with soft face framing (I didn’t have an inspiration picture and I asked her to do what she thought would look nice, had I known what was she thought would look nice was I would have pulled up some pictures), but the final result was very uneven. One side of my hair was heavily thinned and much shorter, a heavy chunk was randomly cut up to my ears with the front of the chunk longer than the back (sort of like half of a bob) while the other side was left thick and longer, making it look unbalanced and unfinished. During the appointment, Adrienne seemed to get frustrated after being corrected by the senior stylist and stopped cutting before things were properly blended. A large amount of thinning shears were used, which made parts of my hair feel overly wispy while other areas were still bulky. I learned that she was done by her taking off the bib (?) and walking away. Never really asked me if it looked done to me. The shampoo was also very rushed and didn’t feel thorough, the bottom half of my head was still dry after I left the bowl, which added to the overall experience. I’m a pretty shy and non confrontational person, so I didn’t speak up in the moment, but after getting home and looking at it more closely, I realized how uneven it really is. I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps improve consistency and attention to detail for future clients. I have been a long time customer here but after this experience and anxiety putting up the review worried that I will get an argument from this company in a comment I will probably not be returning. It’s a shame because it was such an expensive haircut that I’m now having to go somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed. I’d been struggling a lot lately and was really hoping for a nice pick me up, but this has done the opposite:(”
