“After my flight was canceled. I took the unexpected time to treat myself for a manicure. I found this place and called the same day for a gel manicure. Making an appointment was easy and got a great gel manicure. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and technicians were friendly and funny. They have a wide array of colors and services. Loved my experience. A must visit.”

“I’ve been coming here religiously every few weeks since at least 2020. They’ve continued to go down hill but my last experience was very disappointing. The color on my last manicure gradually disappeared and looked terrible. The nail techs today said that’s a known issue with some colors (Strawberry Margarita), so why would you offer that color? Or at least inform me when I choose it. The picture below is right after and then after 1 week and it continued to get worse. I came in for another manicure today after 16 days and because it wasn’t within 2 weeks, they wouldn’t compensate me at all. I expected at least a discount (if not free) on today’s manicure. I plan and schedule my nail appts based on work and events coming up and don’t have the time to come in between. Seems like with photo evidence, the “policy” could be adjusted, but that’s a customer service choice.”
