“This salon is always a “yes” for me. Today Nylah was my nail tech for my pedicure. She was amazing. So sweet and gave me the best massage!! I’m looking forward to my next appointment!”

“I’m from out of state and stopped in yesterday for a mani pedi. Everything started off fine until the tech applied a hot towel to my legs and feet. She didn’t give it time to cool and instead I was burned. I told her to stop this portion of the service. Instead she kept attempting to move forward with the pedi service attempting to apply petroleum jelly. How many times do I need to say STOP?! I don’t want you to touch me after all that. I move over to the nail station and yet again she’s walking up to me giving me a ruff back massage. If someone tells you to stop touching them YOU STOP. Period. The nail tech who worked on my nails and took my payment is at the register attempting to charge me for the complete mani pedi despite my foot being burned and we couldn’t finish it. Why am I having to advocate for the price removal when you saw what happened?! It’s 24 hrs later my foot is still feeling the effects of what they did and I’ll never go back.”

“I leave reviews all the time, and this was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. I gave this salon the benefit of the doubt and even came back to let them fix the mistakes, but the entire situation was frustrating and unprofessional. My Gel-X set was done terribly to the point where my hands were hurting afterward. The nails looked rushed, uneven, and painful. My pedicure was also messed up, and while my toes were drying, the male tech stepped on my foot. On top of that, he clearly did not know how to properly do nail designs, even though that was part of what I requested. I came back to the salon to have the issues corrected, and thankfully another employee fixed my nails, but I should not have had to return after spending my money the first time. I also felt ignored when I initially brought up the problems and there was no accountability or offer of a refund for the bad experience. If you are new to this salon, be aware and make sure you get an experienced tech, especially if you want designs or Gel-X nails done correctly. Very disappointing experience overall.”
