“I’ve been getting my nails done twice a month for over 30 years, and this was by far THE WORST experience I’ve ever had! I went in for a pedicure with gel polish and a simple polish change. For my pedicure, after telling them to trim my nails, they were cut extremely short and uneven. While getting my pedicure, the same person removed my polish on my hands, before he even confirmed he could complete the service, and then I was told I needed to pay more to fix what they messed up. Multiple staff members became rude and confrontational when I tried to address the issue because I felt like I should not have to pay, considering how HORRIBLE my nails looked. They ending up offering a discount, which I took because I just wanted to leave after being there for almost 4 hours. I walked out of there looking like a child had done my polish. That's how bad it looked. The entire experience was very disappointing. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I would not return and definitely would not recommend!”
